The competition will take place at Bayford Memorial Hall on Saturday 17^th October 2009.

Entry Fee Ł1 per exhibit (Entries close 10^th October)
Hall open to receive exhibits from 10.00am to 12 noon.
Judging behind closed doors from 1.00pm.
Exhibitors re-admitted from 3.00pm.

Rosettes 1^st to 3^rd. Prize cards 1^st to Very Highly Commended.
'Best in Show' Rosettes plus Trophy to be decided between the 1^st prize winners in classes 1 & 2 and 4 & 5.
