Verges Venture. 13 Jan 2007 and 1 April 2007
Many thanks to everyone who turned out on a glorious morning for the verges clearance and for Susan for providing very welcome tea and bisuits at half-time. As these things often do, the first section turned out to require much more extensive surgery than was expected. This section has now been replanted. The second section was somewhat easier, having fewer and smaller dead trees. This section will be replanted next spring.
